Return/Exchange Policy

Exchanges and returns on qualifying items are accepted within 15 days of purchase. Refunds will be made
to the original payment method. The products must be returned in their original condition. Seasonal
items, Wigs, makeup, bulk products, custom invitations, banners & personalized favors are non-
returnable. Our special order items include life-sized cut-outs, and Latex or Mylar balloons, among
others, are non-refundable. Perishables (e.g., foods such as candy) are non-returnable. Exceptions apply.
OMG! Party Store is not responsible for loss or damage to Latex, Bubble Balloons, or Mylar balloons left
in/on the vehicle. Balloon damages/bursts caused by transporting to your vehicle or flyaways are beyond
our control. OMG! Party Store, is not responsible for any damages beyond the store once your order has
left the store premises. Please see the store for a full refund policy.

Work Order Agreement

I hereby authorize the balloon setup work hereinafter set forth to be done along with the necessary
material and agree that OMG! Party Store is not responsible for loss or damage to Latex or Mylar
balloons left in/on the vehicle. Balloon damages/bursts caused by transporting to your vehicle or
flyaways are beyond our control. The customer acknowledges work to be performed and does not hold
OMG! Party Store, is responsible for any damages beyond the store once your order has left the store
premises. I hereby grant you and/or your employee's permission to set up Latex or Mylar.
